DIY and Group Programs


Looking to make some diet and lifestyle changes and just want a little guidance and support? Then our DIY and Group Programs may be what you need.

With our DIY and Group Programs, you can save some money but still benefit from the expert guidance of our nutritionist, Kendra. The programs do not provide as personalized of an approach as the one-on-one and small group sessions, but they still help you to build a strong, healthy foundation.

Our DIY Programs provide you with the directions and information necessary to make certain health changes on your own, such as following a particular type of diet. 

Group Programs

Our Group Programs take the DIY approach and add in a group element for support and accountability. It also includes access to weekly Q&A sessions.
