Gut Health DIY - Private Hydrid Program

A 12-week course involving customized dietary and lifestyle change, as well as supplements, to support gut health. This program provides the foundational tools to support gut health for those with IBD, IBS, Crohn's disease, colitis, celiac disease, or another chronic GI problem.

You will be guided through diet and lifestyle changes customized to you. Each week's module focuses on a particular step to help you implement these changes in a small, incremental manner that is easier to accomplish.

The videos each week inform and include actionable items and coaching to help you make real changes. Our nutritionist, Kendra Whitmire, is also available for weekly office hours during which you can ask questions or simply check-in.
