With our DIY Programs, you learn the information you need to make healthy changes on your own. It is a self-paced program, although there may be a suggested timeline.
With each program, you receive a weekly video module detailing the activities for that week, along with helpful tips and coaching to support behavior change. You also receive supplementary documents to assist you as you learn which foods to eat and start to incorporate exercise, meditation, better sleep habits, and more.
Our programs also include exclusive access to a private Facebook group for additional support.*
These programs take you through the implementation of certain healthy diets with tips and support along the way.
