Yes! If you are just looking to live a healthier lifestyle, we can help! We also help to adjust your diet and lifestyle to prevent the onset of common chronic conditions, such as diabetes and heart disease.

What should I expect during a session?

Each session is focused on the client, and as such will be unique. Generally, clients fill out intake paperwork prior to the session. If it is your initial consultation, then expect to fill out several intake forms. Then, the first part of the session will be spent asking questions and getting further information on your health history, current health, and future goals. Then, we will discuss potential protocols along with as much education as you want. We end with an agreed-upon plan of action. A detailed version of the plan will be sent to you within a few days of the session.
