Hormone Imbalance

Improving your body's communication

Hormones are one of the body's main messaging tools. When you do not produce enough of a particular hormone -- or too much -- it causes problems. Common conditions associated with hormonal imbalances include:

  • Endometriosis

  • Thyroid problems

  • Low cortisol

  • Low testosterone in men

  • PCOS (high testosterone in women)

  • Menopause symptoms

  • Infertility

  • Low libido

  • Erectile dysfunction

  • Irregular periods

There are many other issues related to one or more of the body's hormones being out of whack. The reasons for this vary, including nutrient deficiencies, poor diet, stress, inflammation, and oxidative stress. In some cases, the organ producing the hormone stops working, which requires more help than simply dietary changes. However, you will still notice a positive impact on your symptoms when you support your body with the right nutrients.
